- - Sit back, relax and wait for your parcel!
We promise to answer your queries and dispatch your items as fast as we can, but if you email or call in the evening or on sunday and bank hols you may have to wait until the next working day for a reply.
We would never, ever, give your details away to anyone. we only have nice people working in chiki chic. In fact there is only 2 of us!!!!

Our T&C are pretty standard and straightforward but please familiarize with them before purchasing an item!
- You can return any unwanted item within 7 days of the delivery date if you change your mind. Please contact us at info@chikichic.co.uk for details should the need arise. Postage and packaging are not refundable and we strongly recommend insuring the item as we won't refund a product damaged or lost during the delivery process unless it has been insured. It must be returned unused and with its original packaging intact.
- All products are checked before being dispatched for quality and integrity but if an item does not reach you in perfect conditions or is defective, you must let us know within 48h of delivery for a full refund, including postage and packaging (receipts must be provided). After this deadline, we can only exchange the product (you have a maximum of 14 days from the date of delivery to notify us of a damaged good). Either way, the product must come back to us before we can process any refund or exchange.
